I am Terry Currier, and it’s my goal to help you look and feel your very best as you navigate your 50s, 60s and beyond. I’m on a mission to help individuals enjoy extraordinary health, vitality, optimism and joy!
I draw on my broad background in nutrition, exercise, wellness coaching, Tapping (also known as EFT - Emotional Freedom Techniques) and hypnosis to embrace a unique vision of healthy weight loss, grounded in science and drawing upon the wisdom and power of the mind/body connection.
I have been working in the fitness industry for over 30 years, teaching group exercise and providing personal training and health coaching to people of all ages and abilities. I love this field! Being healthy, strong and energetic feels so amazing! I appreciate it even more as I get older, and I want everyone to enjoy the remarkable mood-boosting, energy-enhancing feeling that comes with eating well and exercising regularly.
As important as physical fitness is, I have grown to appreciate a wider definition of health that incorporates the whole person, physically, emotionally, socially, and spiritually. And I understand the amazing power of the mind/body connection. I studied and became certified in hypnotherapy and Tapping. I offer these healing methods as stand-alone services, and blend them, when appropriate, into my coaching practice.
