The TLC Weight Loss Coaching process is built on the premise that everyone is on a unique journey, with distinctive visions, goals and challenges.
As your coach my aim is to:
Assist you in identifying your goals and challenges
Uncover any hidden obstacles that might be sabotaging your weight loss efforts
Help you create an action plan and implement it, guiding you step by step toward successful achievement.
Provide the guidance, motivation, accountability, and support you need to achieve and maintain your ideal weight.
I have combined my extensive knowledge in nutrition and exercise with my training as a health coach, hypnotherapist, and Emotional Freedom Techniques practitioner to develop the TLC Weight Loss Coaching Program. By using a multi-faceted approach I can help you lose weight and keep it off so that you can move into your later years with enthusiasm, joy, and optimal well-being.
TLC Weight Loss Group
Experience the warmth, encouragement and support that a small group setting can provide on your weight loss journey. Classes occur in the Eastern MA area.
One on One Coaching
Enjoy the individualized and focused attention of one to one coaching. Sessions occur weekly, in person (Eastern MA area) or by phone.
25 Sessions: Sessions occur weekly for 6 months.
12 Sessions: Sessions occur weekly for 3 months.
Note: Most sessions are 45 minutes long.
