What is coaching?
Health and longevity coaching is a client-centered approach that supports you in achieving your health and wellness goals through personalized guidance, motivation, and accountability. As your coach I help you develop sustainable lifestyle habits in areas like nutrition, fitness, stress management, and overall well-being, empowering you to make positive, lasting changes for a healthier life. This is accomplished by:

In addition to my training as a fitness professional and health coach, I am a certified Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) practitioner and hypnotherapist. These evidence-informed approaches allow me to help clients overcome the emotional and mental barriers that often accompany lifestyle change, creating a more comprehensive and lasting path to better health. By addressing both the body and the mind, I help clients overcome obstacles and establish habits that can last a lifetime.

Experience the warmth, encouragement and support that a small group setting can provide on your weight loss journey. Classes occur in the Eastern MA area or on Zoom.
Fee: $225
One on One Coaching
Enjoy the individualized and focused attention of one to one coaching. Sessions occur weekly, in person (Eastern MA area) or by phone.
One Session: $85
Two Sessions: $320
Twelve Sessions: $900
