Jonny Bowden, PhD, CNS is a board-certified nutrition specialist, author and expert in the areas of nutrition and health. He is brilliant, trustworthy, and down to earth, and can explain the science behind many health-related topics in easy-to-understand terms. And he's not afraid to challenge well-worn and outdated beliefs.

ACE is a renowned fitness certification, education and training provider. These are two ACE sites you might find helpful.
